Vietnam is in South-eastern Asia, bordering the Gulf of Thailand, Gulf of Tonkin, and South China Sea, alongside China, Laos, and Cambodia. In the past, it was at the center of the world’s attention due to two great wars with France and with the USA. In the recent years, the economic development of this country has made it a hot spot of tourism, and it has become one of the safest places for tourists to explore and research for foreign direct investment or just pleasure whether those are business people, collectors, or travelers.

The other 53 ethnic minority groups, totaling over 8 million people, are scattered over mountain areas (covering two-thirds of the country’s territory) spreading from the North to the South. Each ethnic group has its own age-old customs, features and language but they gather in peace to be the unique community called the Vietnamese.
Despite the influence of long periods of Chinese domination and foreign countries, Vietnamese people have managed to retain many distinct native customs and tradition which have always played a vital role in daily Vietnamese life throughout the millennia.
